How would I acheive this effect?

  • Hi, I could be wrong but it looks like simple frame animation to me. It's just a matter of spacing the images on the timeline. When you want the quick flashing effect leave an image on the timeline for just 1 frame. The next frame would contain the next image.
    It doesn't appear anymore complex than that to me.
    Please correct me if i'm wrong.
