I want to enter the "make your own music video" contest for getting meet and great tickets for the jonas brothers concert on july 26th but it says in the rules that you have to have you parents sign a release form. Thank you!basically what you need is for your parents to type up a letter giving you permission and they have to sign it, it's not a special form, just like a permission slip for a school field trip

to be on the safe side, just call the radio company and ask what else if any should be included in the letter
