A few years back I had gotten a tattoo on my left arm below my shoulder Two hearts with ribbons going through it with both me and my daughter's names. I totally regret it but i'm going to decide against laser removal or the creams because i'm not sure they work. i've been doing photography for about a year now and have a canon 350D with a sigma 18-50mm F2.8 EX DC Lense (http://www.dpreview.com/news/0407/04072001sigma1850dc.asp) and was wandering how much difference a new camera body would make to the overall image quality, is something like a canon 30D or 40D going to be worth me forking out for? Now, I have no problem using a CF card in my camera. They are sturdy and harder to lose than an SD. However, it is growing increasingly hard to find readers, specifically computer-integrated ones, that accept CF cards. I've been shopping about the last day or so, looking at CF shaped adapters that you can slip an SD card into. I have no doubt that one of these would work in my camera up to a 2gig, but once you go with 4gig and beyond, stretching into SDHC territory, I wonder if the Rebel would accept it. It's just a matter of spacing the images on the timeline. When you want the quick flashing effect leave an image on the timeline for just 1 frame. The next frame would contain the next image. i've been doing photography for about a year now and have a canon 350D with a sigma 18-50mm F2.8 EX DC Lense (http://www.dpreview.com/news/0407/04072001sigma1850dc.asp) and was wandering how much difference a new camera body would make to the overall image quality, is something like a canon 30D or 40D going to be worth me forking out for? Because at the moment i'm not sure i'm getting the most out of my lense, what do you think?the 40D is amazing, but if you only have one lens...I'd invest in a few more before thinking about a new body. When did you start to understand fine art? Do people just nod and agree that it's cool or 'important' because it's labeled art? Even if it looks like crap? We've reviewed a couple of different students work as well as some famed artists work in my photography course, and a lot of it just doesn't make sense to me. I lucked out and found a good host. But I've been down the road where the cost was pennies - but I never got ANY support and my website was down every morning and email sucked. I recently purchased my Canon Rebel XTi, marveling over how much it had dropped in price following the release of the XS, which is essentially the same camera with the one major change of taking SD instead of Compact Flash. Now, I have no problem using a CF card in my camera. They are sturdy and harder to lose than an SD. However, it is growing increasingly hard to find readers, specifically computer-integrated ones, that accept CF cards. I've been shopping about the last day or so, looking at CF shaped adapters that you can slip an SD card into. I have no doubt that one of these would work in my camera up to a 2gig, but once you go with 4gig and beyond, stretching into SDHC territory, I wonder if the Rebel would accept it.
